Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We proudly ship GERMAN™ Earplugs worldwide, including Canada, the USA, and Europe.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our North American and Asia-based warehouses, depending on your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process all orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that time, your order will already be in processing. Once received, you can still return it for a full refund within 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments through our secure checkout.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse.
Please allow extra time during holidays or major sale periods.
